 Job Description:  

Be somebody's superhero - several times per shift - by joining us as a Customer Service Representative at our state-of-the-art call center in Salina.  In this vital role, you will:

  • Answer incoming calls for Handset Protection and/or Road Assistance service
  • Provide assistance in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner
  • Escalate calls as necessary
  • Utilize call center technology to input, track and report customer issues

 Qualifications:  

Qualified candidates must be well-spoken, with good phone etiquette and excellent listening skills.  H.S. diploma/GED required along with computer literacy, 25-35 WPM typing ability and data entry skills.  Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
