 Job Description:  

Gerdau is currently seeking an Industrial Mechanic Millwright for its Selkirk, Manitoba facility.
** Selkirk, Manitoba is a 20 minute commute from Winnipeg


• Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this position’s main focus will be to inspect, repair, replace, install, adjust and maintain mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.


• MUST have Red Seal Certification
• Millwright Journeyman Certificate
• Experience in heavy industry
• Exposure to PM, Hydraulics, VF drives, PLC’s, welding, crane work
• Experience preferably in a manufacturing set up
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work 12 hour rotating shifts
