POSITION TITLE: CAR - Customer Assistance Rep

Detailed Description:
- Help passengers at the Kiosks with automated check-in and directing folks to open agents/machines
- Lifting baggage (up to 70 pounds)
- Pushing wheelchair passengers from gate to gate or gate to baggage claim
- Helping disabled passengers on the aircraft and off the aircraft when needed


- Ability to lift 70 pounds
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Must have valid U.S. driver's license with good driving record
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to work varied shifts and have schedule change with shift bidding
