 Job Description:  

POSITION PURPOSE:
High volume recruitment of qualified candidates for front-line and corporate positions.  Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate interviews with hiring managers.  Develop and maintain positive working relationships with departments. Provide excellent customer service at all times.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creates, develops, and implements methods of sourcing and recruiting qualified applicants for open positions
- Ensures all applicant tracking information is loaded into database
- Coordinates relocation of new employees, where applicable, following company policy
- Facilitates presentations (information sessions) regarding company career information for front-line positions (high volume recruiting)
- Facilitates the recruitment process for all departments (i.e., sourcing, recruiting, pre-screening, and interviewing)
- Ensures recruitment efforts adhere to company policies and procedures as well as federal regulations/guidelines
- Develops candidate pools for on-going recruitment purposes
- Builds relationships within the community to attract human talent from a variety of sources; works with national, state, county, and local programs to maximize effectiveness
- Builds relationships with universities to attract undergraduate and graduate candidates
- Provides compensation counsel to hiring managers to ensure salary equity and minimize compression
- Seeks out new methods to recruit diversity; networks with minority organizations to promote Company employment opportunities
- Ensures recruitment advertising meets current campaign and employment brand
- Discusses career opportunities with potential candidates
- Works with internal employees to explain new opportunities and career path ideas
- Ensures all candidates are responded to in a timely manner
- Creates new ideas to source top talent; improves brand name by flawless recruitment tactics
- Promotes Company at different career/job fairs (including diversity job fairs), trade organizations, and industry events 

 

 
 
 Qualifications:  

- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience/training 

- At least 2 years recruiting experience including demonstrated experience working in high volume recruitment 
- At least 2 years experience conducting behavior-based interviews 
- Proven knowledge of lawful employment practices as demonstrated through prior work experience 
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees/management 
- High degree of professionalism 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access 
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills 
- Excellent presentation skills 
- Strong multi-tasking and project management skills 
- Proven team player with excellent customer service skills 
- Ability to handle high volume recruitment for front-line positions 
- Demonstrated ability to handle high levels of stress 
- Ability to travel throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada 
- Must have empathy and compassion for others 
- Ability to stay focused on the task at hand, ensuring that staffing levels are met and operations are not adversely impacted
