 Job Description:  

POSITION PURPOSE:
Provides leadership, direction, and development to line maintenance employees.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides leadership, direction, and development to the line maintenance employees to assure they are accountable for their duties, responsibilities, and actions to identify, communicate, and solve problems within the area
- Provides communication and follow-up in other areas to help assure that the problems outside his/her scope can be solved 
 

 

  
 
 Qualifications:  

 QUALIFICATIONS: 

- A & P license required 
- Formal training on B737, B757, and A320 preferred 
- Five years experience on commercial heavy jet transport aircraft 
- Previous supervisory / lead experience preferred 
- Working knowledge of US Airways maintenance policies and procedures 
- Must be a senior technician or above 
- Demonstrated ability for leadership and direction on repairs of company aircraft
