At Waste Management our senior level Commercial Drivers operate front-end or read load trucks to services commercial routes removing and transporting waste or recyclables in fulfillment of customer contracts. This position will service approximately 100 to 150 commercial customers per day according to the assigned routes. The waste will then need to be transferred to the appropriate station, landfill or drop-off location

Routes may require drivers to navigate through congested communities and confined or tight areas in city and suburban locations. Backing skills are essential; as a large percentage of the time spent servicing customers is done in reverse. Our drivers routinely climb in and out of the truck cab to service customer accounts and at times need to climb on to the truck containers to smooth loads or secure traps for transport.

• 21 years of age or older
• At least 3 years of previous experience operating a vehicle requiring a commercial driver's license (CDL)
• Valid Class A or B commercial drivers license with airbrake endorsement
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug screen, background and motor vehicle records check and Department of
• Transportation Physical.
• Clear driving record
